Good pay, above anything else you will find for unskilled labor.
Everyone is entitled and feels like they should be paid more. You can do a great job and be let off less just because it’s strictly seniority-based.
Change seniority being in control of everything, and maybe Boeing will do better. Also, know the jobs your employees do so you understand something when they describe it to you.

This was for an entry-level role. STAR format, 5 questions. I was asked about experience and difficult/pressure situations. Besides the 5 STAR questions, a couple of yes/no questions were asked, e.g., "Have you ever used tool X?"
