Process
During the HR screening interview, the overall process was described.
She mentioned there would be a total of four interviews:
- One with the Director of Engineering
- One technical interview
- One managerial interview
- One team match interview
The recruiter seemed to not pay much attention to what I was saying, as she appeared busy with other tasks.
We did not continue with the remaining interviews, and unfortunately, no reason was given.
This seemed like a very unprofessional experience.
I would advise others to do their research and think twice before joining this process.
