Engineering Manager Interview Experience - Tallinn, Estonia

Process

It was a long and time-consuming process with many different stages.

Starting with HR, a technical round, several management rounds, and finally a team/hiring manager interview.

After the technical round, all others were mostly repeatable with similar, routinized (copy/paste) questions.

At the end, I received a rejection with one-string feedback, which meant nothing concrete but looked like evasion (no real reason was provided).

Really disappointed in Bolt, I cannot recommend them to anyone. It was just a loss of time.
