I applied and shortly received a positive email. I was quite surprised to receive it, as I didn't think I had enough experience to be a senior backend engineer yet.

Next, I had to complete an online test, which I passed. I was then invited to their office in Tallinn to meet with one of their senior backend engineers.

Unfortunately, they decided to stop the process there because they believed I wasn't experienced enough.

There were two more steps I was not invited to:

• A technical interview with another senior software engineer
• A final interview focused on architectural engineering concepts

Their decision seemed fair, given my actual experience and the job title. The HR representative was very polite and helpful, and the interviews were scheduled quite easily and quickly.

Online test: Create a word reverser function for sentences (without using external libraries, strings, or additional arrays/lists).

Create a function that can recognize if all characters in a string appear as often. Modify this function so that you are allowed to remove one character to make it work. Example: "aabbcc" is valid, while "aaabb" is not. Using the last rule, "aaabb" is valid because you can remove an 'a'.
