Pros: I think Bolt is a great workplace where you can see how things work at scale and have the opportunity to grow.

Cons: Not much that I can think of.

Pros: - The team was great; distributed, very passionate people. - The product was very good; quality-oriented people. - They encouraged collaboration a lot, cross-team too. - Not very heavily process-oriented, which I enjoyed.

Cons: Maybe it could use more documented guidelines from the platform teams.

Pros: - smart people - quite cool events, if you're into that - good salary - remote work, mostly - not stingy about money - supportive colleagues - I had an amazing manager for a while - you learn a lot

Cons: - There's often a sense of rush. - I had a very bad micromanaging manager for a while. - When I left, they had started to do time accounting for every minute of the day. - Blaming culture at times. - When people left my team, the roadmap didn't get readjusted to account for that, so people just ended up doing a lot of overtime. - People would flat-out lie about overtime, even if you could see them online and committing code, and managers would not address this. So you were seen as lazy if you complained about work-life balance.
