The process went very smoothly:
- HR Interview
- Two pair programming interviews with some theoretical questions
- System Design Interview
- Team Fit Interview
After letting the recruiter know I had other offers, he set up a meeting to discuss the offer. He knew it was urgent for me, yet he canceled five minutes before the meeting and said he would reschedule next week. Since then, I haven't heard from Bolt for a few weeks. They sent me an email about a hiring freeze and some strange follow-up emails from the recruiter, which can hardly be called professional. It's a shame that such a nice, well-organized process was ruined by the recruiter towards the end.
