A very good place to grow, learn, and impact
- The team was great; distributed, very passionate people.
- The product was very good; quality-oriented people.
- They encouraged collaboration a lot, cross-team too.
- Not very heavily process-oriented, which I enjoyed.
Maybe it could use more documented guidelines from the platform teams.
Keep up, dig deeper into transparency and caring for employees! The culture is already very nice.
