Good place to learn and grow, but really easy to burn out
- No micromanagement; you can be quite independent and move very fast.
- You will learn so much because the company is growing quite a lot.
- Your work will literally impact millions of customers.
- Cool coworkers will support you with any challenge.
- Great offices.
- Competitive salary.
- The company is growing faster than they are hiring, so you always need to contribute as more than one person.
- Managers are glorifying overworking, writing on Slack during weekends and nights, making everybody else feel like they should work all the time too.
Take care of the wellbeing of the people that work there instead of piling more work onto them to support the growth. Frugality shouldn't be achieved at the expense of the wellbeing of current employees.
