Nice Workplace & Kind People
- Good culture.
- Nice workplace and colleagues.
- Startup-like environment, even though it's too big to be called a startup. This means there are lots of challenges and opportunities to grow.
- Decent compensation (at least for engineers and product).
- Hybrid work is allowed (half office, half from home), which is amazing.
The only disadvantage for me personally is the location, as Tallinn is far from central & western Europe.
