More or less a decent level of compensation in some locations.
Management is absolutely horrible. Doesn't care about employees at all.
Salary review is kind of a joke.
Stop pretending you are Amazon, Apple, Tesla, or whatever else. It's a great honor to work here. You are not, and you never will be.
