I received a call through LinkedIn in February 2023 for a Data Engineer position at Booking.com, Bangalore.

The process began with an online coding round. This round included a SQL question and a MapReduce-related Spark question.

After clearing that, I was invited for an in-person interview at the Bangalore office, which consisted of two rounds:

1. The first round focused on system design, with some coding involved.
2. The second round was more of a fitment round.

The overall discussion was good. I really enjoyed the process, and the interviewers were very accurate in explaining what and how they wanted me to answer.
