I applied and was then ghosted for one month. The recruiter contacted me again and asked to book a system design interview.

After the interview, I was ghosted again for two weeks. I assumed I had failed, but after two weeks, the recruiter congratulated me, stating I had passed with flying colors and they wished to continue the process with me. :)

For the next one-hour interview, I provided 24 time slots, starting from a week out.

This was one week ago, and I am currently ghosted again. :)

There are five more interviews remaining. At this pace, it will likely take seven to eight months to complete the process.

Questions are easy.

Booking an interview is improbable.
