My first contact was with a recruiter. I had an initial interview with her, where we discussed the roles and I was given some details about the position.
Next, I had a one-hour technical interview. I must confess it was very easy, much easier than expected from a technical point of view.
The subsequent step was a competency-based interview with two individuals, which lasted an hour and a half.
Finally, I was offered the opportunity to continue the process for a Software Engineering role, which would involve some more interviews.
At this point, the recruiter was not able to give me any feedback. When I asked her about it, she had to take some time to search and provided a few comments.
Ultimately, I declined to start a new process for a different position.
