I only had an initial screening round with a Booking.com recruiter. It was a very negative experience, the worst I've had for a very long time. The interview slot was 45 minutes long, but only took about 10 minutes. I was constantly interrupted and it felt very rushed.
The interviewer obviously wasn't too interested in my experience and kept asking inappropriate questions, such as:
I have never been asked these questions anywhere and felt uncomfortable.
After this very negative experience, I ended up removing the said recruiter from my LinkedIn connections, and they don't need to contact me ever again. I would definitely apply to Booking.com again in the future, but not by dealing with the same recruiter.
