Process

After got a score 10 in the HR recruitment agency I was able to apply to Booking. In the Booking way of doing things, my last score, a maximum one, that was based on more than 13 yrs of experience in backend programming, being lead developer in other companies, doesn't care.

What they care is about the annoying HackerRank score, what actually doesn't evaluate nothing. The problem with it is that it only is good for those who are familiar with challenges, in other words, the ones who practice more can control better the time etc, instead of evaluate the entire knowledge carrier.

It sucks a lot!
