After applying, I was invited to a HackerRank coding interview. It consists of 4 questions with a 75-minute time limit.
Three out of the four questions deserve at least 40 minutes each. How can these 4 coding problems have a 75-minute time limit?
To judge a candidate, you don't need such vast questions. A maximum of 2 questions can be solved within the time limit.
Questions
Four stressful coding problems with a short time limit. I think that reflects their working environment.
I believe the problem selection process randomly chooses four questions without considering their complexity or the time needed.
