Worst Recruiter Experience Ever

This is a very long and bad story about a recruiter experience with Booking.com.

One of the recruiters from Booking.com contacted me on September 23 via LinkedIn about Software Engineering roles. After that, we continued on email, and we scheduled a meeting. I had to reschedule it for later because of an urgent issue. We decided on a later time.

We scheduled a second meeting for one month later on Zoom, but the recruiter didn't show up and didn't inform me before or after the meeting. I sent an email about it, but they didn't reply to me either.

Until this point, it was bad enough, but there is more.

Months later, in the middle of December, they sent me an email that just mentioned new vacancies at Booking.com. I replied and asked the reason for not showing up at the first meeting, but they didn't give any reply to this email.

Later, another recruiter from Booking.com sent me an email about new opportunities and a very enthusiastic, long explanation about company culture.

I didn't reply that day. The next day, they sent me another email asking what I thought about it. Then I replied that I would like to meet for a short talk about the opportunities and sent my available times. And guess what?

They didn't reply to me too.

A few days ago, the first recruiter sent me a new message for vacancies without any explanation.

I am very curious how this company still exists.

These are the worst, worst experiences I have ever had with recruiters.
