Process
After applying for the role via the career page, I was contacted soon after to have a quick chat with the recruiter about the role.
This led to a 30-minute phone call with the test lead to talk through experience, knowledge, and reasons for choosing Booking as a career move.
The final phase was a one-hour practical and a two-hour competency-based interview at the Booking offices.
Overall, I thought the interview process was very good. There was some repetition across the phone interview and on-site, but this is to be expected when hiring for roles like this.
