  • Flexibility - you are free to do anything.
  • Strong A/B testing and analytics.
  • Internationality - you will meet a lot of interesting people from around the world.
  • Great office, lunch, and other perks.
Cons
  • Lack of code ownership.
  • A/B testing rules everything and stops obvious improvement steps.
  • "Doing something" people and lack of delivery control.
  • People are not the most valuable asset in the company.
Advice to Management

Fire idlers.

Don't be afraid to reboot small parts of the products.

Focus on the right people.
