Support from everyone in the business. Everyone here is friendly and approachable; I can ask anyone a question and they will help me out.

As an apprentice, you are assigned a mentor who will support you and help you with any queries or issues that you have.

Flexible working hours, which allows me to tailor my working hours to best fit me.

Structured progression. There is a competency framework which details how to progress within your role.

Personal development. We have an apprentice bay every week, where all of the apprentices get together to share what we have learned and to learn new skills.

Cons

Personally, I'm not a fan of the canteen food; however, I am a bit fussy with food.
