Pros

At least for the development team in China...

  • My team has a very good vibe and helps each other a lot. I have really received a lot of good help from colleagues in my current several months in this position.

  • The team is not managed to fill everyone with tasks; for now, we maintain a good WLB.

  • The leadership team is truly willing to listen to your advice, at least for the China department.

  • Plenty and easy-to-apply day offs.

Cons

Welfare is there, but meh. Health checks and holidays, these are abundant. But for other welfare, like gym credits, meh.

You actually have a lot of limitations trying to use the travel fee on your own platform. You need to pay tax on it. Also, it's not convenient enough in China. The options are actually more expensive than other platforms. This is a typical issue for a global company in China.

Advice to Management

Keep it up with that pace. I'm super grateful joining this place. Keep listening to your employees. Just keep it up.
