Lack of meeting rooms. Excessive demands from managers, with no proper split of responsibility with the product counterpart. Strict Working from Abroad policy. Becoming much more top-down and slowing down the speed of innovation. Bad ownership in tech and lack of resources, with bloated scopes for teams. Now: restricted promotions.
