Very good engineering culture and team spirit
– High cross-team collaboration levels. – Most people at all levels in Engineering have a team-first mentality. – Good resources for people to learn and grow. – Great opportunities for Tech Returners, apprentices, and graduates.
– Some very specific roles don't have clear enough career paths.
– Unessential/repetitive manual work for managers could easily be improved by keeping the focus on delivery rather than gathering so many data dimensions that are barely used by the people who produce that data.
Keep pushing for tech modernization (great progress recently!) and work to try reducing the amount of spreadsheets and data gathering to the bare minimum, or absolutely necessary at Manager level.
