Incredibly frustratingly corporate. Feels very US-corporate. I hated the "buzzword"-feeling presentations (DNA training and such). Being in a team tended to make your field of work very narrow; you only work on a designated spot on the site, and that's it for at least a few months on end.
Ditch the incredibly annoying "you need to do this and that legal training" bull. One line should be sufficient: "Act in the best interest of Booking.com."
