Pros

Lunch, good office. No real pros; lots of cons. The office location is quite fine, but there are many offices.

Cons

The management is the worst I've seen. They don't work; they just watch people.

No benefits at work. They provide only hustle and chaos.

The senior management is lying about salary increases and has not done anything for years. Only Dutch people are in senior management, not equal opportunities.

Lowest salaries, no raises.

You would never ever get benefits at work.

If you ask managers for something, they don't even listen. Management evaluates itself with the highest rankings, doing favoritism.

Advice to Management

Stop favoring your peers, managers, and neglecting employees.
