Good engineering culture, good documentation of internal tools. Work-life balance is awesome. Coworkers and managers are super friendly and easy to work with.
As a developer, sooner or later, we need to learn Perl because there is still some legacy code using it. But it's actually not a big deal, since new backend services are mostly built with Java and Node.js, and for distributed systems building, most industry-standard software is actively adopted here.
