Pros
  • Open culture: I can raise my concerns and give my feedback to anyone in the company directly, including the chiefs and the CEO. I always get a response and can start a discussion if needed.

  • Very good compensation for the tech & product department in terms of salary, bonuses, and equity (stocks).

  • Very chill environment: We don't get pushed to do extra time work, and no one tries to enforce top-down decisions. If it happens, you can always raise your concerns and push back with the support of people around you.

  • 29 annual vacation days with the possibility to buy 5 more (34 in total).

  • Very good support and investment for mental, psychological, emotional, & financial health for both employees and their families.

Cons

The only thing I can think of is that even though we are very fast and agile, and we change and improve continuously, sometimes it might take us longer to adopt new organizational standards in the industry.

Advice to Management

Care more about Glassdoor.

Update the company's information and positions, and try to respond to feedback.

Glassdoor is one of the biggest professional networks in the world. People use it to learn about companies that might be a good fit for them, as well as salaries and vacancies.
