Some kind of freedom, work-life balance is fine. International team. Salary is one of the best in Amsterdam.
A lot of initiatives are not finished. All happens quickly and changes very fast.
Not really a tech company. The overall level of engineers is less than expected.
You need to throw dust in the eyes, be proactive, and create stupid initiatives to be promoted. Your craft and tech skills don't matter.
Focus on technology.
