Great ML community. Good work-life balance. Good compensation package.
- Lost trust in leadership: The leadership made mistakes in the layoffs in Corona and now with CS layoffs and the way they communicate it. Glenn, the CEO, showed zero empathy when communicating the decision.
- No "think big" culture.
- Basing promotions on a checklist rather than real impact.
- Lack of incremental career development steps (no role between Senior and Principal).
