Good people make the workplace great
Nice and brilliant people to work with. Since I joined, I felt as the less smart in the room, which is a positive feeling and a motivation to improve. Management and daily tasks have been good so far.
It is a huge company, and sometimes doing something takes a lot of time. I guess it is the price of scaling up.
Keep avoiding micromanaging and giving freedom to the team members. You have been doing good so far.
