Great company with good direction
It is a very inclusive and great company to work in; I have rarely had such good relationships with colleagues.
It has a very expat-friendly and welcoming culture. You can work truly at scale and solve some really interesting engineering challenges.
Since the company is centered around a group of products, it is easier to see your actual impact on the customer side.
Not everything is shiny and new, but it is going in the right direction.
There are some legacy systems that you have to maintain and slowly refactor into a more desired architecture.
