Maybe if you're lucky, you'll be using Kotlin.

The perks are just regular for London.

Cons

Your manager will ruin your career.

On-call rota imposed out of the blue to everyone.

People working outside office hours for no reason.

No clear leadership.

People leaving constantly.

Advice to Management

Read a book about leadership and try not to do the exact opposite, please.
