Strong no-blame and inclusivity culture. Nice work-life balance. Decent pay. Helpful people. A lot of docs covering non-work questions. Decent inner technical support structure.

Cons

Tech stack modernness strongly depends on the team you are working on. They work on the elimination of blockers, but there are still a lot of them. Sometimes you have to talk with half of the company to add a non-clickable label.
