Pros

Good relocation support, good hardware, and stuff to work with.

Cons

The company doesn't care about its employees. Performance measurement is not fair, and the probation period is used as part of interviews.

Advice to Management

I think a company like Booking.com should give more time to see talent's contribution and also focus on gain, rather than judge in an unfair way.
