Pros

Some good colleagues. The office location and parties are good. Work-life balance is taken well, and they communicate a lot with people.

Cons

The code is very messy, as bad as you can imagine. If you try to change some, people can embarrass you.

The Perl is the main language, with no structure at all. You can push the code whenever you want.

Retaliation from the management side.

The directors are awful. They do only politics and care about their positions.

Be careful of your health and wellbeing. The company pushes so much that people go on burnout leaves.

Advice to Management

It is the point where the management is in the lowest position.

Just avoid the company. It is kind of sweatshop and nothing more.

The management is very good in retaliation and abuse.
