Pros

You can find some great people in this company to work with, but it really depends on the team. I got lucky and found a great team, but some people would rather leave the company than stay in their team.

The food is also great (actually was great before the WFH).

The pay is really high. Expect to get a much higher salary compared to other companies, for the same amount of work (or even less). They also offer lots of employee benefits.

The tech stack is getting better every day.

Cons

They handled the Corona crisis in the worst way. Especially the CEO, who might be the most arrogant person I've ever met. They treat the employees like they are some kids, keeping them in limbo. They keep telling us booking is family and all, but they don't care for a second. Employees are just money makers to that CEO and the leadership.

Advice to Management

Employees are not children; they are the reason your business is up. Don't ever treat them like crap. Don't pity them. Pity yourself.
