Good Balance, Vision Varies
Work-life balance is important. The company cares about its employees. Internal team switches are possible. If you select a good team, you can work on good projects. So, it totally depends on you if you want to improve or just do repetitive work and complain.
In one of my teams, I had a great Product Manager and a Senior PM. So, we had a great vision. But then, in another team, I felt there was no vision. Everyone was working randomly and without a concrete idea about where we saw the team in the next two or three years.
