Cons

If you get sick, you will need to call your manager until 10 o'clock in the morning. Afterwards, you will have a degrading return-to-work interview.

Culture, fairness, working environment, working-from-home allowance, and stress level will vary strongly from team to team and manager to manager.

Advice to Management

Get a more clear working from home policy for each product group.

More respect for people if they get sick. Better no sick pay, but more respect!
