I was contacted by a recruiter and spoke to the hiring manager.
It's one thing that the hiring manager started the call literally saying, "The recruiters WANTED ME to talk to you, so here we are." But then, when asked what he would change about Box, he answered, "Oh, I wouldn't change anything about it, it's perfect, it's great, there's not a single thing I would change, it's the greatest place I've worked with." That's a red flag.
