The interview process involved:

• A call with a recruiter to discuss experience, talk about expectations, describe the company, and the team.
• Two technical calls, one for frontend and one for backend, each approximately one hour long and scheduled for the same day, back-to-back.

During the initial call with the recruiter, I learned about aspects not mentioned in the offer letter: mandatory on-call duties, the need to contribute to legacy services with a different tech stack, and very late working hours due to calls with the US (though this was stated as "not very often"). These points raised several red flags.

After the two technical calls, I waited approximately two weeks for a response. Ultimately, I received a generic, templated email stating they would not be proceeding with my candidacy. Despite successfully completing both technical tasks, no feedback or specific details were provided.

This was a disappointing experience.
