Process
The process took about five weeks.
- The first step was a recruiter call to go over the company, position, and overall interview process.
- The second step was an hour-long live-coding tech screen. The interviewer asked three independent coding questions.
- The third step was a "virtual on-site" of five separate interviews, which can be split across two days. This step can't be fully elaborated on due to an NDA, but it included systems design, live-coding, and behavioral interviews.
Each step was very well outlined by the recruiter beforehand, and you were provided roughly a week of preparation in between.
