Senior Software Engineer Interview Experience - United States

Process

The interview process is fairly straightforward, beginning with a recruiter call, followed by a technical phone screen.

One concern I had was the interviewer's inexperience. Despite explaining and coding all the questions they asked, I unexpectedly received a negative response. Essentially, it was a waste of time.

So, approach interviews with them cautiously, as inexperienced interviewers may make biased decisions.
