The recruiter call was fantastic and super informative about the company, compensation, and how best to nail the process.

I received great information for heading into the onsite (it's my fault for underpreparing based on that).

Both the technical screen and the onsite were probably the most relevant to what day-to-day jobs actually look like in tech, but yes, definitely deserved more preparation and alertness from me.

I was also impressed that the interviewers were both selling the company while also giving a clear picture of what it actually looks like to be an engineer there.
