Most of them were standard interview questions, but some questions don't necessarily have a right answer, so it's hard to see how well you are doing. You will probably get a response within a week. Box's office is really nice.

Cons: Leadership in the backend department is notoriously bad.
There are very few reliable architects to listen to and learn from.

Pros: Fast growth and an extremely great place to work and learn. The teamwork and collaborative spirit is inspiring, and some of the projects being done throughout the company are very innovative.
Cons: Because of the fast-paced work, it can sometimes be hard to keep up.
