I applied via a job portal. First, I was contacted by a member of the talent acquisition team who introduced me to the company in general, described the offer in more detail, and provided an overview of the entire hiring process. It was a rather brief, yet informative talk.

The next stage consisted of an hour-long live coding session for a small "To Do list" app (pure JavaScript, though choosing some frameworks was also possible). This was followed by an hour-long technical talk about the web in general (e.g., details about HTTP) with a small JavaScript coding challenge.

After passing this first stage, I was invited to one more technical round (pure JavaScript, implementing a drop-down according to some specifications), one more soft skills interview about culture fit, and then interviews with hiring managers from two teams. These were solely about getting to know each other, potential projects, and the team.

After accepting an offer, I was quickly contacted by the HR team, where we discussed the offer details and I signed the contract.

Overall, the process went smoothly. I felt well-informed at all times, and the interviews themselves were very pleasant. All the interviewers helped me to showcase my best abilities and answered all my questions in a very open manner. It was a great, friendly, and well-organized experience. :)
