- Colleagues and management are helpful, open, and skilled. In case there is any challenge, it is worked on enthusiastically. It is a pleasant environment to work.
- The product is interesting from a technical and business perspective.
- Strong feeling of being in a professional setting while still preserving a "fun" environment.
- People with various backgrounds greatly contributing to the Box culture.
- Office being a coworking space of WeWork, which is not the best one.
- Dutch satellite department is different from the rest of the organization because of historical context (separate company being absorbed), which has various implications: inconsistency in codebases, procedures lacking behind, disconnection from the main development center in the US.
- Corporate vibe being visible.
