The entire atmosphere is awesome. People around are energetic, colleagues are smart, funny, and very nice. Everyone is easy to communicate with and ask for help.
Compensation is great, close to IPO. I believe if you work hard, you can get what you pay for.
I don't find really one so far. The office feels a little crowded now. We need to move to a spacious place. The codebase is a little messy. We have some tech debates that need solving.
