Good culture (but how it's getting diluted) Good work-life balance Some managers do care about employees
No equivalent refreshers (stocks) even if you are performing well (based on yearly review) at your current level (I am not talking about the next level).
So, basically, after 4 years, your TC is going to be less.
Managers are valued more on my team. On my team, only managers' birthdays and joining anniversaries get celebrated with Kudo boards, etc.
Promotions: I see that some teams have lenient promotions, while others have very strict ones. If you want to join, try to join a new, less established team where you will have a better chance to get promoted. If you are on the IC track, it's really hard to get promoted. While if you are on the manager track, it will be better. Also, I have seen the trend that people who are bold, good at presentations, and keep themselves in the limelight have a better chance for promotion.

I do see great attrition, so handle it with appropriate measures. As Box keeps hiring, the culture and interview bar will dilute.
For my immediate management, treat everyone equally. Do not concentrate only on star performers (who perform at the next level sometimes); instead, people who perform very well (based on yearly reviews) at their current level are also equally important.

One of the best interview processes I experienced. The telephonic round focused on DP questions, followed by a full onsite interview from 9:45 AM to 4:30 PM. The people I met were professional, punctual, and friendly. The recruitment team was very
