Management is supportive and cares about personal goals and development. Smart teams look for ways to help each other out and learn. The right mix of time to get stuff done versus spending time in meetings. Great pay, benefits, and perks. The food, kitchens on every floor, and in-house cafe with barista are great. I am very happy with the company culture; you are able to be as engaged as you want to be outside of work responsibilities, and not feel pressured to if it's not your thing. I really couldn't be happier and enjoy coming into work every day. This is a company I feel like I can grow with.
401k matching would be nice.
A brief call with the recruiter followed by a phone screen with the hiring manager, I was then invited for an on-site interview. The on-site interviews were terrible. Half the interviewers didn't show up; the ones that did show up had no interest in
Five rounds of algorithms and data structures, retrospective and behavioral questions to assess culture fit. I did well on the retrospective but did not do good in other rounds. It is a fairly detailed process.
Overall, the process was very straightforward. It began with a meeting with an executive recruiter, then the hiring manager, and lastly, a virtual "on-site" with five Sr. Director or VP-level interviews.
