- Lots of optional activities after working hours to join
- Crazy working hours (10:00-18:00 + unpaid overtime because of late meetings).
- Preference to hire externally when it comes to staff+ engineering roles (in Poland, zero people were promoted to this level so far).
- For the first year of work, your personal development is ignored (you have to work at least one year to get a promotion, and a promotion cycle happens only once a year, so management doesn't bother with you earlier).
- No clear vision what people from Poland products should deliver, how teams should cooperate with each other, etc.
- Switched from remote to hybrid.
- Monolith in PHP and no OKRs/plans to clean it up and/or remove.
Enforce more cooperation between the teams in the same country.
